including Boone and Charlotte's. He plays a key role in the planning,

execution and management of the team

ROBERT MARCHAND - EXECUTIVE CHEF 


The chef has worked in a variety of settings from classic to high-end restaurants, from family to VIP clients. 
He first worked in a 5 star establishment as an assistant cook in 1990 and then worked his way up to Executive Chef. 
Always working hard over the last 23 years to further his career.
After working with many great chefs, he perfected his skills by working alongside a certified Master Chef,

& was able to take his career to the next level.

He is now our Executive Chef "ACI Paris" & promises many surprises.
